Trend Report from National Research Study on Small Business Use of Greeting Cards

• Stephen Lind, Associate Professor of Clinical Business Communication, USC Marshall School of Business
• What do small businesses look for when they are thinking of sending greeting cards? Are they even sending greeting cards? To whom? Why or why not? This presentation will answer those questions and more. With more than 5.8 million small businesses across the U.S., greeting card makers of all varieties have a vested interest in knowing what the national trends are in professional use of greeting cards. This presentation will report on data from a university-conducted research study of small business use of seasonal greeting cards. USC’s Marshall School of Business professor Stephen J. Lind, PhD, will present the findings on a study of more than 2,000 small businesses across the U.S., covering trends projected beyond pandemic-era practices.
