• Legal overview encompassing all or selected topics: intellectual property - trademark, copyright, infringement; client contracts; business formation and business succession (we recently endured on our small business community a tragic death of a business owner so recognizing how important it is to be organized and prepared for the worst).

Option C: A Comparison of Wholesale Channels

• Brandwise will prepare data to show how the wholesale industry is faring with a deep dive into the performance of these models within the greeting card and stationery sector. Together we’ll look at four models:
  • Tradeshows – Orders placed at trade shows
  • Sales reps - Orders placed with sales reps
  • Inside sales – Orders placed with inside sales reps
  • Online sales – Orders placed online by a buyer
